Terms of Service

Effective date: June 4, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Steve's Longevity Coach (the "Service"), operated by Steven Davis ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The Service is a private, invite-only tool that aggregates health and fitness data you provide or connect and presents longevity-related insights, biological-age estimates, and coaching suggestions for your personal, informational use.

2. Not medical advice

The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Biological-age estimates, scores, insights, and recommendations are informational only and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are not a substitute for professional medical judgment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health, and never disregard or delay professional advice because of something the Service has shown you. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services. We are not a healthcare provider, and the Service is not a "covered entity" under the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and have received an invitation to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your login credentials confidential, and to be responsible for activity under your account.

4. Connected services

You may connect third-party services such as Oura, Strava, and Apple Health. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and privacy policies. By connecting them, you authorize the Service to access the data scopes you approve. You can revoke this access at any time through the third-party provider or by contacting us.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access other users' data, disrupting or probing the Service or its infrastructure, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Data

Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Availability and "as is"

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, including as to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions you make based on the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
